OK all, here is a quick run down of my Budapest era thus far. Yesterday, me and a girl I met here who is going to school at Montana State wandered around the giant market and then wandered around the city till 330. In the afternoon/evening we went caving. It was unbilivable, YOu went from hands and knees to on your stomach to on you back throughout the cave. In addition me, one other guy and the guide did this one hole that I swore I could not get through but the guide said I was one of the faster people defenitly for my first time. After that it was off to dinner then the hostel and bed. I would like to have gone out but knew by body was tired and ready for bed. TOday I took a 5-5 1/2 walking tour of Budapest. We wandered from the castle to Paliment to the city park..........of course im leaving out alot of the sites. Then me and the two other people I was on the tour with checked out the island on the Danube and then headed back to the Hostel for Guloush made by a staff member. Needless to say I wish I had brought a padometer to measure how long I have walked. Tomarrow morning its to the Baths and then to Romania at 12 or 2 depending on how quick I can get my shit together. Thats all from Buda........PEace..........TY

Ok made it Budapest yesterday at about 3 or so. The city is huge and defenitly at least two million. I got to the hostel and was instantly impressed by it. It is located in a very quit neighborhood in Buda. The hostel has a very zin like feeling with hamock, peace flags, flambouant colors on the walls and a chill out gazebo....very cool place bottom line. After hanging out around the hostel for the first soccer match, me and a girl I met left to Pest. I was supposed to meet the guys I had met in Bratislavia at club that was supposed to show the soccer match. I arrived about 5 min late and had to search around for a tv but found one. Unfortenetly the guys were not there and non of us exchanged e-mails, so unless I ran into them randemly I dont think I will talk them again. I got back to the hostel around 12 and went to bed although most poeple were just going out. The only thing planned for today is a caving expedition at 330. Till then I will go wander around some where in the city, maybe check out the market, baths...who knows.

Hello all,
Its hotter and humid here then I espectied and have been sweating like a malaysian child slave. Slavakia is a country still recovring from the grasp of Communism and it shows. The capital is in the process of renovation to help make it beutifal for tourist. The people are the most unfriendly so far on my journey but I guess I might too if I was under communism so long. They just became independent in 1993. The two castels here are pretty cool and the one further out of town dates to 500 BC although it has changed since then. The women are very beutifal and usually with ruff looking guys but do not even give you the time of day. Sorry for no daily up date but there is only one computer and usally you have someone stearing over your shoulder. Tomarrow to Budapest with the Germans/ Neubian I met and maybe the Puerto Ricans as well. We shall see!! Hope all is well. More from BUdapest about the trip before.

Politics are pretty much the same. All Europeans share my general consensus plus there own ideas about what is going in the world. The two Kansas kids I met totally put a damper on my opinion on the future on the USA as far as poltics. If middle america is still the dumb to think Bush has saved us from Terriosm and lesser of two evils comapred to Kerry. We have a long road ahead of us folks. In addition they were hoping that Jeb gets elected..........shoot me in the head, throw me off a bridge and shit on my head. Ignorant people who have a college education and are just finishing a trip of Eastrn Europe. You would think this would culture them a little more but no, all they did is go from City to City lloking for the best women and clubs, shit shit shit

Hello Everyone,
Well it is 1230 pm in i am in Prague. I just got finished at a jazz bar where the music was incredible and I bought the bands CD. I arrived in Prague at about 445 after a 9 hour train ride. I rode with my Canadian, English, Swedish friends I have made along the route although the Sweds got off before Prague. The train ride was long but went by quick playing Texas Holdem poker which I won but unfortunately it is worth not much because it was Polish money. Prague is very beautiful but very very full of tourist. For awhile I did not think there were any Czech people actually living in Praha, Prague as we call it. MOm, I did not get to watch but 10 min of the Spain game because we went to the Jazz club. Jason, next on thursday it is off to Vienna. Thanks everyone for writing me or posting comments on my blog. Again I am sorry I have not put any pictures up but it takes a little more time then I usually have. My beard is in the first stage, second day of intense itching. I have one more stage of intense itching to go in a couple of days and then it will be the longest I have let it go. MOm I met a girl in Krakow whose dad went to school in Wenatchee and he is now 56. Although the beard looks ruff it gives me a sense of accomplishment past the typical Americans I see. In addition, I met two Texans in Krakow and they defiantly did not give Texas a good name. The women so far in Czech are pretty but I think any girl that is new or unique is pretty to any guy. Well thats all for today..............Later

Sorry everyone I have not posted pictures but the internet I have been using at the Hostels always has a line behind me, so I never have the time. I will try and find a internet cafe today that actually has nice computers so that I can post a few pics. I watched the US game, which was a great match and the US played very well. The concentration camps were pretty amasing, although unfortunetly I did not tour the bigger of the two because of rain. Still the shear size was amasing and I do not know how anyone could say the holocaust never happened.
Last night at the pub I met a Irish butcher and his girl friend. We talked politics over a few beers and again I found a person who was uncertain about the future of his country. He, like the Aussie, Canadians and Poles I have talked with all seem worried about the future of their countries in the next ten years.

Hello Everybody,
I arrived in Krakow yesterday at about 1145 after a 2 hour and 45 min train ride. The train ride was very chaotic at first but me and a Brit i had met in Warsaw found a cart with four empty seats, so enough to let us and are bags sit. Krakow is defiantly a lot more beautiful then Warsaw both with architecture and people. The Hostel has been nice so far and has a great bar underneath it although i would like to go out in the city tonight. Yesterday I toured the 700 year old Salt mines located about 13 km southeast of Krakow. After a very full bus ride we arrived and payed more then i would normally for a tour of mine defiantly in Eastern Europe. the mine was impressive but not as much as we were told it was. After walking back in forth to the train/bus station (4 times) and the salt mines I did not feel like going out last night. We ate at a TEx-Mex place last night because the Indian place we were going had changed location. I got a vegetarian burrito that was a tortilla filled with veggies. In addition, they call chips, nachos and salsa, chile dip. Today I am going to the famous old concentration camps about 1 1/2 outside of town to the west. Tomorrow I am going to the castle because a bunch of the exhibits are free. I watch the futbol matches as much as possible and if not check out the highlights on the internet. The US plays at 9 so I will definitely be watching the game hopefully we beat Italy or that's all folks. To Prague on Monday, till then keep it real.....Peace

Ok the trip has been going very good. I have been meeting many cool people from different parts of the world and seem to get along with them better then the other americans. Last night we went to a local bar/bbq place to watch the Poland soccer match. Poland lost in the 91st min and instantly the place went silent. The BBQ pit reminded me of the salt lick and I got some Polish sausage that was very good. I drank to much and I am still recovering. I talked politics with a 24 year old Aussie who was in the fashion business, owning two stores in Austrailia and opening one on the East Coast of the US in the next year. He had a very interesting theory on World Politics and if peole were not waiting for the internet I would elaberate more. Thats all from Warsaw, its on to Krakow at 9 in the morning tomarrow.

OK everybody I made it to Warsaw in one piece at least physically. I got about four hours of sleep since I left, 32 hours plus. So needless to say I am pretty warn down mentally. I think I an going to go to a bar and watch the Brazil game and then get some dinner and call it a early night. I all most ran in to my first disaster but luckily they had enough space; I forgot to send a confirmation two days before I arrived. Tomorrow I will go check out old town Warsaw and the day after wonder through the old jewish areas. I have free e-mail at this place so feel free to write me back. So far the other kids hear seem odd and not enthusiastic about going out but maybe they are jet lagged as well. The Polish women I have seem are very pretty but it looks like they might loose it when they get older. Till next time, PEace, Love and I am Out
As far as political stuff I flew on a plane with a Swiss lady born in the same town as my Grandmother who lived in New York. She shard my political ideoligy allmost exactly and it was nice to meet another individual with the same worries. At least we lib's are not alone, maybe in the bible belt....I am not sure.

Here I sit in Comanche trying to stay out of the Texas heat awaiting my trip to Europe. I leave on Sunday to Dallas with my mom and step dad. Monday morning it is off to NY city and then to Zurich and finally to Warsaw. Although I am excited, the events in the world do scare me. Recently the US killed the top Al-Qaeda leader in Iraq but again 40 people were killed by car bombs. While this was happing, Republican Senators were laughing and rejoicing about the death of one individual. If you ask me, killing one man does not make up for the death of 2500 US solders sent to fight in a false war based on lies from the Monkey President.
Instead of dealing with major problems like Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan (Dafar), domestic issues like education or the ever increasing National debt, Mr. Bush is trying to out law, by putting in a new amendment, same sex marriage. The conservative Christians drive me insane. Non of us should give a damn about what to individuals choose to do, I certainty don’t!! I know it did not pass but it still grips me that we even have to talk about this issue.
In addition, another thing in the news that blows my mind is the CIA's support of the Somalia warlords. Yes, I understand that the Islamic extremists are dangerous, but how can we support a group of warlords that dragged US soldiers through the street.
This world has many crazy things going on and eventually we need to start talking more about making changes in the US politically. First off is voting all the damn conservative Christians out of office, unless they want to start dealing with real issues. Well I could keep going but I will save more for later.
Next time you hear from me I will be in Eastern Europe. Peace, Love and Goodbye!
